Hey there!
Hack Club is a non-profit network of coding clubs from all around the world. We're the first Hack Club in Germany, passionate about Computer Science and building the things we love!
We are currently based at the Nelson Mandela School, however all high school students are welcome to join. With the support of Hack Club HQ in Vermont we hope to make a meaningful change to our Berlin community!
What even is Hack Club?
Hack Club is a non-profit network of coding clubs from all around the world. We're the first Hack Club in Germany, passionate about Computer Science and building the things we love!
We are currently based at Berlin International School and Nelson Mandela School, however all high school students are welcome to join. With the support of Hack Club HQ in Vermont we hope to make a meaningful change to our Berlin community!
Do I need any experience?
No, not at all! In fact, most of our members have had little experience with coding before joining Hack Club Berlin. We're all here to learn, have a good time, and support each other. Whether you're a complete novice or a guru of coding, we've got you covered! Learn the basics through simple workshops or work on an advanced AI project — To put it into simple terms, everyone is welcome.
How do I join?
In the future we plan to join and/or organize Hackathons (programming competitions). Furthermore, we want to invite guest speakers from the IT world to connect you, the next generation of coders, with experienced workers. We know that after a long day of school nobody wants to stay behind any longer, so as soon as we have sufficient funding, we plan to move out of the classroom and into a cozy coworking-space, also providing free drinks and snacks. Most importantly — all members receive free stickers ;)
